Other Requirements
You agree to comply with all of your local, state, province, country and regional legal restrictions that may be applicable to your Membership and/or activities in the DOMAINFELLA.COM Member program. Your Membership in the Domainfella.com Member program, if any, does not permit you to reference or to advertise any specific products or services provided by DOMAINFELLA.COM, and HENOX ENTERPRISES. Any action related to this Membership Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of MISSOURI, U.S.A., excluding (1) principles of conflicts of laws, and (2) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if applicable. Any action relating to this Membership Agreement shall be brought in the County of JACKSON or federal courts located in the MIDWESTERN DISTRICT OF MISSOURI, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue thereof. You agree to comply with the laws of MISSOURI and the United States that apply to the use of this Service. This Membership Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DOMAINFELLA.COM in connection with general Membership in DOMAINFELLA.COM Member program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. There have been no promises, representations, agreements, warranties by either of the parties, either oral or written, except as stated in this Agreement.
Prices, services, and all other terms of this agreement are shown where applicable and are subject to updates and changes at any time by domainfella.com and/or Henox Enterprises without prior notification or approval of the DOMAINFELLA.COM Members.
